Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

Set-up and operate Cincinnati Brake Press machines using materials such as stainless steel and cold rolled steel. Prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations, including custom punch/die tooling used in combination with standard tooling. Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake, such as bending at angles, offset bends, proper back gauge transfer between steps, and delays. Perform math calculations and measure part dimensions using instruments like calipers, protractors, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges. Inspect parts, measure critical dimensions, and fill out inspection paperwork. Maintain calibrated tools and meet production rates. Stand and work in various positions for several hours at a time, and lift up to 50lbs. Identify areas for process improvement, cost, and waste reduction. Work safely and follow all safety procedures.
