We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at our Woodbury office. This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful. The hours are as follows as well as other hours as needed (this is a rotating, three week schedule): Week 1 Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday OFF Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM Week 1 Total Hours = 35.25 Hours Week 2 Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday OFF Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM Week 2 Total Hours = 35.25 Hours Week 3 Sunday OFF Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday OFF Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday OFF Week 3 Total Hours = 32 Hours Lunch Breaks are 30 Minutes (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday). This is a position with Benefits. Grade 7 - Hourly Position. Starting pay is $21.63 per hour.
