Ellie Mental Health Assistant Clinical Operations Director in Woodbury, Minnesota

The Assistant Clinical Operations Director (ACOD) is responsible for supporting the Clinical Operations Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the Woodbury clinic. This position supports the Clinical Operations Director (COD) and clinic staff by assisting with staffing needs, providing resource support, and performing administrative oversight. The total compensation range is $61,000 - $87,000. Required Skills/Abilities: Master's degree or higher education in mental health discipline Independently licensed with a Minnesota-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) Board-approved licensure supervisor (BBHT, BOSW, BMFT, BP) 2+ years in the field, some leadership skills desired but not required Exhibit good judgement, honesty, integrity, responsibility, time management, and punctuality. Ability to analyze issues and suggest or determine solutions in a fast-paced, changing environment Proficient in utilizing computers, typing, and navigating multiple applications/systems simultaneously such as Microsoft Office products, EHR systems, etc. Maintains strict confidentiality handling client information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and Ellie policies Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture Responsibilities include: Coordinate with Clinical Operations Director to support the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding Facilitate in building a creative positive work culture that aligns with Ellie values Supervision and Consultation providing training, documentation review, and ongoing developmental support Client care and maintaining your own agreed upon caseload Clinic oversight, evaluating clinic performance and client satisfaction Co-Facilitate 245i consultation groups, including documentation Ellie was proudly founded by clinicians on the principle of destigmatizing mental health.
