Description We are offering a role for an Accounting Clerk in the healthcare industry, situated in Oakdale, Minnesota. The role involves data entry, billing administration, and other administrative tasks to support the department. This role will be based in a hybrid work environment, allowing for remote work for two days a week after training.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Facilitate data entry tasks as part of daily duties
• Administer billing activities and generate billing reports
• Manage entries of payables
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks
• Perform duties related to office administration
• Handle invoice processing tasks efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as Accounting Clerk or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Strong skills in Billing and Invoice Processing
• Excellent Data Entry skills
• Experience in Office Administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
