Fairview Health Services Lead Resident Assistant in Wayzata, Minnesota
We are looking for a Lead Resident Assistant to join our team in Wayzata, MN! This position is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing. This direct care schedule includes;
64 hours every two weeks
Full time, Day shift
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts
Provides health-related services as directed
Performs specified home services
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
Acts as main trainer for Resident Assistants
Assist the Director of Health Services with Resident Assistant staffing assignments
Assist the Director of Health Services with administrative duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned and directed
Required:
Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and patience for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
CNA certificate required if under 18
Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phone, fax machines
Preferred:
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA/CNA or HHA or PCA course
One to three years of previous experience
