Job Coaching is a personalized service that helps individuals with disabilities learn and perform their job duties effectively and independently. A job coach works with individuals one-on-one at their workplace to provide the following assistance: Orientation: Help individuals get familiar with their work setting, co-workers, supervisor, and expectations. They will also help individuals understand their rights and responsibilities as an employee. Training: Help individuals learn their job tasks quickly and accurately, improve productivity and quality of work, and meet or exceed their employer s expectations. Using various methods, such as demonstration, instruction, feedback, and reinforcement, to help individuals master their skills. Support: Provides ongoing support and encouragement to help individuals overcome any challenges or difficulties they may face at work. Help individuals communicate with their employer and co-workers, handle any conflicts or issues, and adjust to any changes or expectations. Enhance job satisfaction: Helps individuals develop a positive attitude towards their work, increase self-esteem and confidence, and enjoy their work experience. Driver's License: Required
