Mission for Position The Chiropractic Technician will enhance and elevate the care and well-being to our community and Lakewood Health System. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both chiropractic and physical therapy services, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth clinic operations. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, patient care assistance, and therapeutic support, all aimed at improving patient outcomes and aligning with the clinic's strategic goals. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Assist in chiropractic and physical therapy services to support patient care. Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations. Provide therapeutic support and assist in applying physical therapy techniques. Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, educational in-services, and other learning opportunities to stay updated on clinical practices, policies, and protocols. Position Type Full-time position working Monday- Friday, 80 hours per pay period. Wages starting at $24.00 per hour, with additional compensation based on applicable experience. Qualifications Qualifications Physical Therapy Assistant or Exercise Medicine Degree Maintain BLS Healthcare Provider certification. Ideal Candidate Preferred prior chiropractic clinic experience to support patient care, quality and clinic operations effectively. Ability to work independently and with direction from leaders and providers. Promotes excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to concentrate in a fast-paced work environment. Prioritizing of daily tasks and preparation of work needs.
