Overview

Here at M Health Fairview, we are now seeking a Supervisor of Customer Service on our Home Medical Equipment team!

The Home Medical Equipment Supervisor will provide leadership to the department of Fairview Home Medical Equipment (FHME). This includes assisting the FHME Respiratory Director with financial, customer service, and employee engagement objectives. This position will also be responsible for assisting the Director with referral source development, customer service/service recovery, communicating with regulatory agencies, insurance companies and patients, assist in business development and implementing process improvement initiatives within the department. This position is mainly administrative but will require patient care if needed and is responsible for the direct supervision of the Respiratory FHME staff.

This is a full-time position at our University Crossing location in St Paul, MN.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Required

Education

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience and AA within one year of employment

Experience

  • 3 years customer service experience

Preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • 4+ years customer service experience

  • 2+ years experience in Home Medical Equipment and/or medical background
