Job Summary As the Public Facilities Authority Executive Director, you'll manage the assets of large revolving loan funds and lead the delivery of state and federal loan and grant programs for water infrastructure projects in communities across Minnesota. As a public-facing leader at the agency, you'll be responsible for compliance, debt issuance and loan portfolio management, spearhead and execute outreach and communication across the state and ensure solid working relationships with stakeholders. You'll advocate for public infrastructure within state government, the federal government, communities, and at the legislature, while running existing programs to protect public health and the environment that also help to revitalize and stabilize communities. This position reports directly to the Commissioner of DEED and is responsible to a Board of Directors. This position is telework eligible and is occasionally required to be on-site at the office. Staff are provided with the tools and equipment to be successful in a virtual work environment and may telework from anywhere in Minnesota or a neighboring state.
