Description

This Customer Service Representative position via Robert Half is perfect for someone who loves building solid customer relationships and wants to work with people!

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking to apply for various positions, such as cleaner, alarm technician etc.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.

• Contact security guards who fail to check in within the designated time.

• Respond to payroll or HR-related questions from existing employees.

• Process work orders received via emails and enter them into the database.

• Track each work order through its lifecycle, ensuring all stages are completed accurately and on time.

• Manage alarms, ensuring they are processed correctly and promptly.

• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.

• Use skills in 'Call Center Customer Service' and 'Customer Service' to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Care Center.

• Ensure all customer interactions adhere to the company's commitment to high-quality service.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The role requires a significant amount of phone-based customer interaction, so excellent communication skills are essential. It also involves database management, so attention to detail and organizational skills are key.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service techniques

• Strong knowledge and experience in delivering Customer Service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain professionalism

• Proficient with computer systems and software

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions

• Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours if required

• High school diploma or equivalent education level

• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and retention.
