SCR Service Billing Support in St. Cloud, Minnesota

OurCoreValues Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for service department billings including time and materials, service contacts, and blanket maintenance billings. Review work orders for accuracy and timely processing. Check to make sure all parts and labor hours are listed. Check the customer database for the correct discount or markup for parts, truck charges, labor rates, NTE amounts, and PO requirements as per the customer being billed. Verify the accuracy of the description. Update and maintain customer database. Monitor refrigerant and ensure entry into appropriate systems. Process invoices for customers according to their requirements including online input and or emailing invoices. Check invoices for profitability relaying any discrepancies back to the service manager. Handle service-related customer calls for questions on invoices or statements directing the customer to the right person if unable to assist them. Run reports as needed by manager for customer billing information. Back up for receptionist for lunch, breaks, and vacations. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Required Skills/Abilities Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills. Exhibits excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems. Displays excellent accuracy and ability to pay close attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or GED. 2-3 years of directly related experience, preferably in a construction environment.
