Sanborn Mfg. Assembly/Paint Supervisor in Springfield, Minnesota
Will direct the activities of all assembly lines and paint area to achieve the quality, safety, and quantity goals of the company. Strive to look for constant improvements to processes. Direct and confer with team leaders to meet the weekly schedules. Recommend and follow through the hiring and releasing of assigned production personnel. Responsible for accuracy of time cards, performance reviews, safety reports, address employee concerns/performance, etc. Will hold regular department meetings
