Description:
Client is looking to hire a level 2/3 field tech support agent for the Shoreline, MN location.
Candidate will take tickets the level 1 agent team cannot support.
Common tickets will include hardware installations, troubleshooting, break/fix issues
Microsoft Product support is mandatory
Need a good attitude and customer service experience
