Schedule: 1st, 3rd, and 4th Shifts Available Pay Rate: $18 - $23 per hour As a Clean Room Technician, your role will involve general labor tasks including loading and unloading cleaning equipment, performing miscellaneous assembly, inspecting and cleaning parts with alcohol wipes, swabbing, handling plates, nitrogen drying parts, and conducting leak, function, and flow testing. You will also be responsible for bagging, packaging, and various other duties across different areas. Essential Duties: Operate equipment such as microscopes, profilometers, lapping machines, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers, and testing equipment for leak, flow, and function. Use ultrasonic, electro-polish, and insert installation stations. Monitor inventory and manage material replenishment through the reordering system. Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks. Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed based on the production schedule. Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures related to manufacturing duties. Desired Skills and Experience: Good communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork. High proficiency in production tasks and assembly. Experience in assembling components into upper-level assemblies. Ability to test assemblies and inspect parts for cosmetic flaws. Experience in preparing assemblies/parts for inventory.
