DeZurik Inc. Enterprise Portal Administrator in Sartell, Minnesota
GENERAL SUMMARY The Enterprise Portal Administrator is responsible for the strategic management, daily operation, and maintenance of client portals, ensuring DeZURIK maintains an active presence across all digital platforms. This role works closely with cross-functional business partners across the enterprise to ensure timely and accurate data is presented and maintained within client portals, optimizing the content to meet broad requirements. This position is currently eligible for DeZURIK's hybrid work schedule. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Manage content strategy for all stakeholder portals to ensure all information is current, accurate, and relevant. Regularly update and maintain content across all digital platforms. Serve as the primary point of contact for portal inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues. Monitor daily portal activity, coordinating activities with Customer Support and Finance teams to maintain business continuity. Coordinate with Sales and Project Management teams to support bid and order inquiries, gathering and supplying enterprise data as requested. Collaborate with IT and Risk Management teams to ensure portal profiles and content comply with industry and regulatory requirements. Generate regular reports to communicate platform KPIs and business insights. Develop resources to help team members efficiently utilize stakeholder portals, including supplementary training materials and SOPs. Manage additional portal activities and projects as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2+ years of related experience in customer success, portal management, product management or similar role. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITLIES Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or other business platforms. Familiarity with project management tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience. Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Physical demands are typical of an office position including extended periods of sitting, extensive use of a personal computer and telephone. Position requires movement around the facilities. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Stress may result from workload and meeting schedules. Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.
