Duties Join our journey to be here for good as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Board Relations Lead for Wilder s Executive Office! Working with the President and CEO, you will have a unique, collaborative role in providing administrative support to the President and CEO, key executive leaders, and community leaders on the Board. Bring your passion for administrative and organizing know-how while engaging in a fast-paced environment and gain valuable nonprofit experience. As an Executive Administrative Assistant and Board Relations Lead, you ll provide: Board and Committee Leadership: Serve as first point of contact for the Board and select Committees (Governance and Executive), and work with the President and CEO, and Board Chair to lead board relation functions and systems. Work with Executive Team members and committee chairs to plan agendas, organize board materials, take meeting minutes and maintain documentation and records. Respond to information requests, support board communications and back-up other Board functions. Executive Assistance: Support the President and CEO and Vice-President of Strategy with managing calendars, conducting topic research, developing presentations, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports and summaries. Provide reception duties, general administrative support and budget management support. Systems, Project & Process Management: Ensure administrative procedures and systems are in place to effectively manage the Executive Office and identify opportunities for process improvement. Manage Executive Office and Board systems (includes BoardEffect, Raisers Edge, etc.) and provide project management support on assigned projects as required. Serve as general back-up to other administrative support within Wilder s administrative support functions.
