TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Saint Paul, Minnesota

We are hiring a customer service representative that specifically is interested in HR. This is a great stepping stone for someone with an HR degree or entry level HR experience looking to get their foot in the door. This role will be onsite in St. Paul with ability to earn hybrid flexibility based on performance.

Description:

The Employee Services Unit (ESU) is a global inbound contact center that handles general HR questions for the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Associates will receive training on HR policies and practices so these can be effectively applied during customer interactions.

Day-to-day duties:

85% of day taking inbound calls

15% handling emails and other tasks

Skills:

Customer service, Customer support, excel, Word, Outlook

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

6+ months of office/processing experience

Human Resource experience or degree preferred

Call Center Experience

HS Diploma
