Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead and manage the construction of Market Rate Apartments & Multi Living Facilities. The Superintendent will monitor, direct, and control daily operations on the construction site. As the company's representative, the Superintendent will coordinate and direct the project to ensure it is safe, on schedule, and compliant with quality standards to the customer's satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating a construction plan and ensuring that daily and weekly activities align with this plan. The Project Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager, forming a complementary team where their combined efforts exceed individual contributions.
Hard Skills
Commercial construction experience
Experience with Multi-Family projects
Work Environment
On project job site/trailer daily.
