Paying between $20 - $25/hour.(Based on experience level)
Job Description
The person in this position will work as a Production Worker.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, staging for shipments, moving products with a sit-down forklift, correctly labeling products, and performing some chemical filling.
This plant manufactures and distributes chemicals used in industrial products, food manufacturing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Additional tasks may include filling totes, cleaning them, scraping off labels, re-labeling, completing manual fills, and staging for shipment.
Skills/Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working in a production environment, GMP regulated preferred
3+ years of forklift experience
Ability to read a tape measure
Must be able to follow instructions, take orders
Must be safety oriented
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with the ability to get hired on permanently after 120 business days.
Work hours are M-F, 8am-4:30pm for the 1st shift, switching to a 9am start time after training
Work Environment
It is a dirty environment, but clean for the work that they do. A lot of opportunity for growth within the company. Candidates will be provided protective wear, face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits if they handle chemicals. This is a chemical environment and typically will smell of ammonia or chlorine.

When hired on, you will be converted to a Union role
