Job Overview:
The HSE Administrative Coordinator is to assist with the daily administration, maintenance, and management of the company's HSE Program. This individual provides support to all field personnel and support staff through a cooperative, positive, and proactive manner. The individual must have an interest in growing and developing as an HSE Professional. When time permits, outside of the HSE Specialist regular duties which are priority, the chosen individual will be introduced and trained on the different aspects of becoming an HSE Professional.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Assisting in the development, research, and implementation of the HSE Program policies, procedures, and practices.
Performing related administrative functions as it relates in support of the company's HSE program.
Providing support, as required, company and third-party supplied training programs and courses, and attending and maintaining personal HSE training and certifications.
Attending weekly and monthly safety meetings and acting as a willing presenter and chairperson when required.
Working with and acting as a liaison with governmental and non-governmental agencies such as OSHA, Worker Compensation, Safety Suppliers and Distributors, etc.
Review all incidents for discrepancies and enter the information into the APTIM Incident Management (AIM) Safety System.
Prepare and maintain HSE Incident list.
Prepare and maintain TARGET Program statistics.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
Prepare, maintain, and update HSE files.
Maintain and update Site specific HSE Policies and Procedures.
Prepare, maintain, and update Audit files.
Maintain and update Respirator Medical Questionnaires via BisTrainer
Carrying out other related duties as required
Field tours with HSE Lead when time permits.
Participation in the APTIM Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma combined with a minimum of three years hands on experience working in an administrative role
Prior experience working within an HSE environment is preferred for this role
Proficient Microsoft Office software, word, excel and power point
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
