Overview
M Health Fairview is looking for an Housekeeping Aide at our Fairview Northland Location in Princeton, MN. This position will perform cleaning duties as assigned to keep the facility orderly, attractive, clean and sanitary.
Week 1
F - 3pm - 11:30pm
Week 2
M, Sa & Su - 3pm - 11:30pm
Responsibilities Job Description
Performs cleaning assignments per department procedures and protocols
Demonstrates proper emergency and security response
Demonstrates accurate use and care of equipment
Accurately cares for equipment and takes action for preventive maintenance
Uses safety precautions
Provides excellent Customer Service
Uses appropriate verbal and nonverbal greetings
Demonstrates a willing and helpful attitude
Demonstrates respect for customer’s need for privacy
Performs activities in an encouraging, courteous, and adaptable manner
Transports furniture and equipment as requested
Reports mechanical failures or negative conditions to appropriate supervisor
Interpersonal Relations with Healthcare Team
Offers and values constructive criticism
Resolves issues in an encouraging manner
Uses first party communication
Demonstrates respect for others
Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma/GED preferred
Experience
Previous Housekeeping/Environmental Service experience
