The primary function is to communicate priority, work assignments, and cross training needs as required to meet the production schedule. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively. Job Function: Provide work direction and train employees in work procedures. Report and help resolve problems as they arise. Performs in-process inspection and completed unit inspection. Performs any combination of tasks using sheet metal machines as required.
