WHAT YOU’LL DO

The HR Coordinator will provide a full range of administrative and operations support for the Electrophysiology and Heart Failure HR team including: administrative support, reporting and analytics, project management and other duties, as assigned. The role requires a demonstration of expert collaboration and communication skills within a fast-paced team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, best-practices dissemination and workflow coordination. This role can be a potential stepping stone to other HR roles within the organization.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Divisional VP, HR and leadership team in managing strategic and operational projects that further the performance of the franchise

  • Maintain standard metrics/measurements and internal reports to track HR impact as appropriate

  • Assist in managing the operational aspects of HR processes including co-leading the site new hire onboarding and completing necessary new hire documentation.

  • Initiate interdepartmental projects and provide project management assistance when necessary

  • Proactively and independently, organize and expedite workflow and initiate follow-up when necessary to ensure schedules and deadlines are met

  • Helps to administer employee programs: wellness, intern/PDP/mentorship programs, reward and recognition, etc.

  • Coordinate projects, presentations, and reports for the Divisional VP and team as appropriate

  • Manage HR team meetings including agenda development and management, meeting minute capture and dissemination, tracking and follow up of action items

  • Provide the full range of administrative support including managing complex calendars, scheduling high-level, time-sensitive meetings and managing travel arrangements, completing expense reports as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; interest and/or experience in Human Resources

  • 3-5 years progressively responsible administrative experience with the demonstrated ability to carry out complex administrative functions proficiently and in a timely manner while supporting multiple colleagues; or a mix of degree and experience

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively without close supervision

  • Analytical skills across business and personnel issues

  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and be able to share and prioritize work appropriately

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including poise and maturity with an ability to respond with diplomacy and professionalism across all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with extremely confidential documents and information

  • Ability to influence and challenge the status quo

  • Sharp attention to detail and confidence to produce flawless deliverables

  • High-energy, self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously, demonstrate resourcefulness, anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities and take initiative

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Workday or similar experience with another HRIS system experience required.

  • Strong time management skills, the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Models administrative professionalism and remains calm under pressure

  • Excellent customer interaction/influence skills

  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential or business-sensitive information

The base pay for this position is $23.25 – $46.45 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
