Advance Design & Systems specializes in creating prototype fixturing, tooling, and automated equipment for the medical and industrial production industries. Our clean, air-conditioned shop is fast paced and custom work provides daily variety. We are looking to hire skilled, self-driven person who enjoys working with little supervision. We are currently hiring a Full-Time CNC Operator/Set Up and Full Time CNC Programmer/Operator to work in our Pine City Location. Responsibilities include: Set up and run CNC mills with Fanuc Controls Read Set up sheets and prints to determine set up and operating requirements. Mount material in machine, manually or using overhead crane Select tooling in sequence specified per set up Review control panel and compare to prints to verify any deviations prior to machining Verify completed parts are made to print Programmer Role: Must have experience with MasterCAM Must be able to multi task, and operate other machines during machine run time Ability to work as team player We are a small company under 50 employees.
