MNPrairie is looking for a supervisor with experience in Home and Community Based Waiver Services. The MnCHOICES Supervisor would have the option to office out of Dodge or Steele MNPrairie sites. The position requires supervision support to be provided across all sites (Dodge, Steele, and Waseca) if need be. The Adult & Disability Social Services Division has a primary orientation to supporting the community that is of any age with a disability or in need of long-term services and support. Salary Range $71,156 - $107,640 annually Steele or Dodge Site Full-Time, Exempt Benefit & Pension Eligible Duties include but are not limited to: Supervises, coaches, and trains staff who conduct MnCHOICES assessments Implements state and federal program requirements. Collaborates with internal customers and partners in administration of programs. Collaborates with external parties in continuously improving the delivery system. Meets program performance standards and takes corrective action. Monitors relevant program revenues and expenditures and keeps manager and supervisory team apprised of budget deviations; provides justification for budget deviations to manager and management. Supports an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
