Lead marketing efforts with a strong, personal, focus on technical marketing and SEO optimization including data analytics. Will be responsible for marketing efforts that cover all brands and locations of the corporation with a focus on driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing the overall digital presence of all brands. What does the Marketing Manager do at RITALKA? Manage the content creators and their work, providing guidance and feedback to ensure content is appropriate, applicable, and aligns with SEO strategies and overall marketing objectives Work with content creators and brand leaders to develop, implement, and manage overall marketing strategies for multiple brands and recruitment efforts Develop, implement, and carry out comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. This includes conducting keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization Collaborate with content creates to ensure SEO best practices are applied and to optimize content so it aligns with SEO strategies and drives engagement with a focus on both search engines and the user experience Work with marketing and IT departments to optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page load speeds to improve search engine crawlability and user experience and to resolve technical SEO issues Ensure proper implementation of structured data, meta tags, and other on-page SEO elements Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on website performance, SEO metrics, and ROI and present findings, including insights and recommendations for improvement to leadership Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, digital marketing trends, and algorithm updates to ensure ongoing optimization efforts remain effective Manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute SEO strategies while simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks related to technical marketing and SEO. What are we looking for in a great candidate? Uses time management skills effectively to complete work in a timely fashion to meet agreed-upon deadlines Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and attention to detail Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz) Experience with HTML, CSS, and web development principles as they relate to SEO Ideally has knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines, such as PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing Bachelor Degree in computer science or related degree 5+ years of experience in marketing or IT with a strong focus on SEO Experience with management and general market ng strategies, including content creation OR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.
