Description

We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Senior Analyst, Sourcing - Individual Contributor in Minnesota. This role is crucial in supporting our ERP system, specifically SAP, and managing relations with suppliers. Our Senior Analyst will also be involved in various aspects of sourcing, including negotiation, budgeting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of supplier relationships and portfolios

• Handle minor negotiations and quoting procedures as required

• Monitor and maintain service levels, cost, and cash activities

• Serve as a key point of contact for all business units

• Manage the process of cost analysis and provide insights on cost variations

• Assist in the implementation of the SAP ERP system

• Maintain and manage ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency

• Support in the development and review of Quality Management System Standard Operation Procedures

• Perform regular analytics and reporting on Purchase Price Variance (PPV)

• Carry out monthly actuals reporting, SKU project assignment, and Open PO

• Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes, particularly in relation to PPV

• Facilitate the curation and review of contracts

• Contribute to improving PPV forecasting methods, identifying variances, and enhancing automation.

Requirements • Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics, with a focus on Cash Activity Review

• Experience with Contracts, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and Budgeting

• Strong skills in Negotiation and Implementation of strategies

• Ability to perform Forecasting, Methods analysis, and Supplier management

• Knowledge of Variance Analysis, SAP ERP, and Cost Analysis

• Experience in Sourcing, Standard Operation Procedure creation, and Business Unit management

• Ability to maintain Service Levels, perform Quoting, and understand NIS

• Understanding of Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Monthly Actual reporting, and QA Management Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
