The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

As a Senior Program Owner for Property Management – Interior Services , you will spearhead the fulfillment strategy and SKU selection for our housekeeping supply program while serving as the vendor manager for various janitorial service providers. Your efforts will be crucial in aligning with Target's Cleanliness Brand standards. You will oversee projects across the organization and must effectively collaborate and communicate with Lead Program Managers, the Stores organization, Property Management Field Teams, and vendor partners to achieve your program's objectives and initiatives. You will cultivate cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners, which are essential for meeting the established goals, processes, and outcomes. Your role will involve significant support in testing, evaluation, and feedback mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of your program. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities is vital to maintain our strategic effectiveness within our facilities. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

  • Preferred experience in 3rd party vendor management or the janitorial industry.

  • Strong project management skills, including multitasking and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reasoning abilities.

  • Proficient in using data for trend detection, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.

  • Effective verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to influence others, maximize relationships, and lead through change.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
