Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager Charter Representatives & Projects to build and manage the Charter Representative Program and lead the Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives. This position will design and build out scheduling, training, and new hire orientation for the program. In addition, collaboration and communication with various departments, airport management, and customers to ensure efficient and effective operations will be required. Essential roles and responsibilities of a Senior Manager Charter Representatives & Projects: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsible for building, managing, and maintaining the Charter Representative Program, including oversight of the budget. Manage the schedule and associated travel planning for the team, including scheduling the Charter Contract Representatives and Ground Service Representatives and planning their travel accommodations for upcoming business needs. Manage payments for Charter Contract Representatives. Implement and manage various projects in AIMS, Automation, and IT for the Charter Representative Program. Ensure AIMS is current, including submitting and maintaining Charter Summary updates and Charter Flights information. Participate in and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization. Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives to Sun Country Airlines operational standards. Audit and provide feedback for training accuracies for Charter Representatives and Ground Service Representatives. Collaborate with Sun Country HR for all Charter Representatives Contractors to address operational needs. Responsible for team performance management, recruiting, career coaching/mentoring, work assignment, and ensuring skills demand is met across the Charter Representative Program. Establish and maintain a collaborative environment capitalizing on employee talent, experience and interests. Build and retain a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team. Other duties as assigned. The qualifications we are looking for in a Senior Manager Charter Representatives & Projects include: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience working within operations at an airline, preferably charter opera ions 2+ years of experience managing, supervising, and mentoring a team with increasing leadership responsibilities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience demonstrating initiative and handling urgent needs Ground Security Coordinator certification Sun County Airlines respects and values every employee's contribution to our business.
