WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER The Senior Division Recruiter provides full-service recruitment processes for the Marketing Division, including developing a pipeline of potential talent, networking and building partnerships.This is a Full-time, fixed term- Temporary/Contract role.This person will provide guidance and support to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database. They will supervise the recruiting coordinator and work together to recruit and hire all mid-level positions in the Northeast Division, as well as coordinate with the Executive Recruiters on senior level positions. The Senior Division Recruiter will be a member of the Talent Acquisition team, and an integral part of the department or division working to create a positive experience for all candidates and fulfil the recruiting needs across the division. WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU The Senior Division Recruiter is a partner and subject matter expert for hiring managers and is responsible for supporting and managing all aspects of the recruitment process for Marketing, including the smooth transition of the on-boarding process. They will bring innovative ideas to build and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes to address the talent for all non-term-limited mid-level positions. This includes activities such as reviewing job postings and creating candidate profiles, using the HR Recruitment process and system to post jobs, update applicant status, communication with applicants, conducting pre-screening and phone interviews, networking with associations, and providing guidance and information to hiring managers. They will support the field hiring managers with implementing diversity sourcing initiatives in partnership with the Conservancy's global diversity, equity, and Inclusion vision, leveraging organizational and social networking sites, and using other recruitment tools and techniques. They will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates for future opportunities and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. They will work to ensure that the Marketing Division talent goals and strategies are achieved, and best practices are followed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years recruiting experience or equivalent combination (including HR concepts, processes, and services). Experience Recruiting for leadership roles; Manager and above. Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients. Experienc in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development. Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation, and analysis. Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes. Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad range of audiences. Experience with prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details. Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Experience working with applicant tracking systems. Experience working in a start-up like environment, and/or experience in assisting to create processes and/or the experience of rolling out a new process/project a plus. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated. Advanced understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. May require fluency in foreign language(s) to support global operations. Ability to travel. SALARY INFORMATION The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $85,000 - $100,000 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
