TITLE: School Partnerships Budget & Payroll Coordinator
REPORTS TO: School Partnerships Director
STATUS: Non-exempt; Part-time, 5-10 hours per week
LOCATION: Remote
Job Summary
The Coordinator position is responsible for the daily budget and payroll related work of in-person K-12 partnerships. Meets weekly on Mondays at 9:30 AM with department staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Director with budget as directed
Track mileage and department expenses against budget
Make payroll entries
Coordinate proposal and contract process including tracking, reviewing and processing
Prepare, send and file confirmation letters
Review finance reports for department for accuracy
Attend weekly department meetings
Work with partners as needed to gather necessary information
QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: High School Degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of job-related experience is required.
Knowledge and Skills: Requires solid and demonstrated working knowledge of Office365 products, especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Time management, problem-solving skills needed. Ability to work with deadlines, organize, and prioritize is required. Excellent customer service skills are needed; as well as the ability to work with diverse client group. Ability to be diplomatic and persistent in work relationships. Strong attention to detail.
Physical Demands: Occasional lifting, approx. 25 lbs. Frequently sitting, working at keyboard for up to 2 hours at a time. Occasional walking, climbing, stairs, stooping, bending, kneeling.
