Coordinate with other subject-area experts to ensure that learning and outreach materials are current, accurate, and peer reviewed to ensure optimal quality. Work actively with other research fellows, post-doctoral associates, VPMPM Residents, and Center faculty and staff to ensure a broad representation of topics, research, and content areas to meet the needs of partner audiences. Participate in a range of training activities, including train the trainer, on the proper use, delivery, and assessment of the materials created. Project Management (20%): Contribute to the development and implementation of international veterinary health training and projects. Drive and coordinate the development of an eLearning and Outreach repository of resources that have been peer reviewed and organized to reflect key areas of practice and capacity building. Operational support and Stakeholder Engagement (30%): To contribute to the CAHFS leadership team, including coordination activities with other leaders in CAHFS, showing flexibility to adapt to emerging needs considering the service nature of the center. To support other CAHFS programs (Ex., VPH residency) including diverse programmatic and administrative needs of the program, such as recruitment, and mentoring of VPH residents, fellows, and trainees. To co-lead research and outreach activities, including to collect and organize data for research and outreach activities as needed, and provide technical assistance to the PI and guidance and mentorship to students, VPH residents, and trainees in CAHFS on Veterinary Public Health and One Health, including, but not limited, to food safety, zoonotic diseases and diseases with an impact on the global food security agenda. Qualifications Require Qualifications: BA/BS with at least six (6) years of experience in international project management or related fields or an advanced degree (Master's/Doctoral) in a discipline related to current projects in the Center for Animal Health and Food Safety (e.g., a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Master's of Public Health, or similar area of qualification) and 4 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. Proficient in project management software and tools and/or learning management platforms for education and outreach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in proposal development or subsequent project implementation. International work experience (Ex.global health field) Interest in and demonstrated track record of working in areas of education and outreach to diverse audiences Proficiency in multiple languages or significant experience working in diverse cultural environments. Demonstrated ability to work across complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different countries.
