Schedule: Mon - Fri 1st shift

Description:

This position will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring regulatory and customer requirements concerning calibration and document control systems are maintained within compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies.

  • Coordinates calibration program by ensuring calibration requirements for multiple facilities are identified, implemented, maintained, and documented to ensure conformance to requirements.

  • Ensures clear, concise and timely document control for multiple facilities is maintained and complies with GMP and procedures and systems.

  • Understand and maintain a culture of “lean action” within the department so that we live lean better than any organization.

  • With minor supervision, complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following company or client specific policies and procedures, and in a safe manner.

  • With guidance, perform flow, conductivity, pH, mass and dimensional calibrations.

  • Handle and maintain company and client equipment, including testing and standards equipment.

  • Learn to troubleshoot and perform repairs, with the majority of work focused on scheduled calibrations and maintenance events.

  • Proactively assess project safety concerns and ensure team members comply with all client site safety requirements.

  • Strategically assess client environments, needs, and requirements to develop and initiate effective solutions, delivering successful execution through established solid relationships with clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must haves: 2 years of calibration experience, manufacturing equipment experience, calibration including: loop checks, humidity, temperature checks, pH

  • Minimum 2 years of Calibration experience

  • Experience in manufacturing equipment

  • Loop checks, temperature, pressure, pH calibrations on various equipment

  • Experience with process equipment, utilities, manufacturing, and some lab instruments

  • Experience with signal generators, lock out tag out, P&IDs

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (bonus)

  • Ability to produce detailed reports referencing standards or established limits/parameters

  • Strong safety and awareness mindset
