Job Description
The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for actively driving the implementation of project deliverables as outlined in the project charter, ensuring alignment with project budget, scope, schedule, risk, and quality standards. This role requires effective collaboration with project stakeholders and technical resources to achieve project objectives and successfully transition projects into business operations upon completion.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Steering Committee, Project Sponsor, Project Management Office, and Competency Center, to define project resource requirements and secure skilled resources.
Coordinate with technical teams to execute the project plan, escalating risks or issues to leadership as needed.
Facilitate alignment of project objectives with business partners, vendors, and project management teams.
Support project transition into daily business operations upon completion.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers onboarding to voice services, handling business and technical requirements, and providing escalation support if necessary.
Identify and drive improvements for onboarding, training, and support processes to enhance the end-to-end service experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on achieving results.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and manage ambiguity.
Independent decision-making skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship 3rd party candidates will not be considered
Candidates must be local to Minneapolis, MN
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in customer service and experience supporting the onboarding process.
Ability to collect and document technical requirements for service setups.
Ability to manage escalations and provide effective solutions to improve customer experiences.
