Data entry, cleaning, and processing are central tasks. * 25% The postdoc will write one paper that analyses the database, using structural equation modeling and meta-analytical techniques. * 25% The postdoc will write one paper to compare current standards for monitoring. * 10% The postdoc will be a liaison with the workkng group and help with logistics. * 5% The postdoc will be required to attend regular meetings with project PIs/co-PIs and our workshops in Colombia and Costa Rica. Qualifications Required Qualifications: -The minimum requirement for this specialty occupation is the completion of a Ph.D. in ecology, restoration, or related discipline. -The position also requires demonstrated experience in data extraction and meta-analysis, knowledge of restoration and statistics, and ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: -Demonstrated publication record in the ecological literature.
