MXT Associates, LLC is an independent recruiting firm specializing in the financial services industry. We leverage our connections with financial service companies, banks, and credit unions throughout the United States to match prospective advisors with our clients for positions within their existing employee, independent, or bank platforms. This is a part-time onsite role for a Financial Services Recruiter at MXT Associates, LLC located in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St Paul, MN. The Financial Services Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for financial services positions. The Recruiter will collaborate with the MXT team to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct initial screenings for our clients. Financial Services recruiting is preferred but not required. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is commission-eligible. Starting at 15 hours per week, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be challenged and work with a dynamic group of people. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with our firm or remain in a part-time status. The daily schedule is flexible. Qualifications: Prior experience in recruiting, preferably within the financial services industry Understanding of financial services roles and requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software Self-motivated and results-oriented Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
