Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a SPANISH BILINGUAL Operations Specialist. This role primarily involves providing support and serving as the first line of assistance for platform users in this leading industry.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform users, directing them to the appropriate team when needed.

• Address and resolve technical issues faced by the platform users.

• Monitor and respond to incoming emails and live chat interactions during operational hours.

• Ensure accurate tracking of all user interactions in our CRM and email systems.

• Process request tickets and perform other administrative activities as required.

• Assist prospective individuals in navigating the platform and answering general benefit and other questions.

• Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor under pressure and effectively manage tense situations.

• Balance multiple tasks simultaneously, even amidst frequent interruptions.

• Utilize case management tools proficiently, with a particular emphasis on Salesforce.

• Demonstrate the ability to learn and adhere to standard operating procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Candidate MUST be bilingual in SPANISH

• Must have at least one year of experience in an operations or customer service role.

• Proficient in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce Platform.

• Strong skills in data processing and analysis.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures.

• Basic office skills including handling email correspondence and phone etiquette.

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must be capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
