Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC Office Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Our client, is seeking an experienced Office Manager. This role focuses on bookkeeping and accounting and includes office administration, vendor management, and some HR duties. The Office Manager will ensure maximum productivity and expense control, supporting attorneys and managing various office functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer billing, collections, and client payments
  • Maintain general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, cash flow
  • Prepare financial reports with outside accountant
  • Manage accounts receivable and collections
  • Prepare and update budgets and financial reports
  • Ensure daily bank deposits and manage expense reimbursements
  • Vendor account management and accounts payable

Office Administration:

  • Update office policies and procedures
  • Manage landlord, vendor, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and manage expenses
  • Troubleshoot IT issues with vendors
  • Oversee document management system (NetDocuments)
  • Handle supply inventory and purchasing

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a law firm
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent experience
