This is an engineering support in production position for the AMPV combat vehicle program that will be 100% onsite, for the first year, in our York Pennsylvania facility. During this time, you will gain an accelerated understanding of manufacturing, operations, and engineering expectations in a volume-based production environment. At the conclusion of your first year, you will transfer to either our Sterling Heights or Minneapolis facilities and transition into one of our design engineering teams.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
Demonstrated collaboration and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits.
Communicates effectively and actively listens.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications
Understanding of 3D CAD software
Internship/Co-Op or project experience in a related field.
Deals comfortably with uncertainty or change in a dynamic environment.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $61820 - $105050
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
