Responsibilities Working within the internal Finance team, the Finance Associate - Financial Operations is responsible for the administration, maintenance and troubleshooting various financial related systems and programs including but not limited to, our Chrome River Expense Management System as well as our Corporate Credit Card Program. Responsibilities include the administration of system configuration, workflow, policies and alerts, the issuance and termination of credit cards, as well as analyzing vast amount of data for management reporting. The position also encompasses troubleshooting and addressing user questions and concerns, as well as training. This position ensures processes are executed appropriately, accurately, and timely. The Finance Associate understands and advocates for continuous improvement, and embraces change management with specific processes and tools, all in support of a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities: 1. Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of financial systems and programs.

  • Act as main point of contact for vendor system/program administration
  • Understand system configuration, workflow, and alerts.
  • Follow system guidelines and policies while alerting management of any concerns
  • Support the issuance and termination of credit cards
  • Understand system flow and impacts to other Baker Tilly software/programs
  • Analyze system usage and identify outliers
  • Assist with other financial systems or programs as needed
  1. Provide internal client support for finance systems and programs
  • Act as the key contact for our Chrome Rive Expense Management System and/or our Corporate Credit Card Program
  • Address user questions and concerns timely and effectively
  • rovide system training and guidance
  • Follow Baker Tilly policies and procedures and support the compliance of such policies across the Firm

  • Alert management and individual users of any discrepancies
  • Identify trends and provide appropriate recommendations
  1. Maintain vendor relationships
  • Act as main liaison between Baker Tilly and vendor
  • Work closely with vendor to troubleshoot any system errors
  • Maintain enhancement list and communicate needs to vendor
  • Embrace continuous improvements and rapid change
  1. Other tasks as needed Qualifications
  • Minimum of one to three years accounting and/or financial experience, with system/technology exposure preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • High level of Excel technical knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as ability to follow directions and procedures required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • A sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills including collaboration, assertiveness, diplomacy, respect for differing opinions, creative thinking, and drive.

Additional Information The compensation range for this role is $50,780 to $110,030. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. #LI-MN1 #LI-Remote
