Job Description Eisner Advisory Group LLC is a fast-growing professional services firm. The Executive Assistant to the Partner in Charge (PIC) will play an important role in ensuring the PIC has the support to address the needs of our growing business. This person will also be providing administrative support to the COO on our Advisory Operations team. We are looking for someone who has a curious mind and is eager to grow and learn in this role. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts What Work You Will be Responsible For: Creating a welcoming experience for all those interacting with the Minneapolis office and representing the Partner in Charge to internal and external people. Manage all aspects of the PIC's daily calendar. Anticipating needs for internal and external meetings such as conference room reservations, catering, travel arrangements, and arranging for visitors to the office. Curate, organize and maintain the Partner in Charge's (PIC) files - using SharePoint and other Office 360 software - develop and maintain a filing system the PIC can easily navigate. Draft standard correspondence in response to inquiries and standard administrative matters. Setting up office meetings - including scheduling, inviting participants, arranging for catering, material production and greeting visitors. Provide administrative support on initiatives lead by the PIC. Items such as document production, PowerPoint presentations, budget tracking, proofreading and scheduling team meetings. Coordinate with Minneapolis Office Manager for all firm administrative responsibilities. Work closely with the PIC and assist with project management specifically managing deadlines and deliverable expectations. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5 - 7 years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant to a C-Suite executive. Preferably in a fast-paced professional services or financial services environment. Skills and Attributes: Strong skills in Office 365 tools in particular - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint. Passion to create a professional, warm and positive experience for all those with whom they work and who work with the PIC. Strong organization skills demonstrated by ability to access documents and other information quickly. Ability to learn new software and technology quickly. Maintain privacy and discretion. Be flexible and open to taking on additional/modified responsibilities to support the ever-evolving business. Cultivate and maintain solid relationships internally and externally.
