Associate Project Managers perform on major capital projects:

  • Assist with developing and managing project schedule and ensuring the team meets deadlines

  • Support the development and management of budgets, and develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality

  • Monitor and report progress and issues to project manager

  • Identify potential risks and opportunities

  • Synthesize complex quantitative or qualitative data sets in a simple, intuitive format, and present findings in a clear and concise manner

  • Support the drafting and development of all major project deliverables

  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

  • Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written)

  • Proficiency in fostering collaboration within a team-oriented setting

  • Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement

  • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to commute to various clients in the metropolitan area this role is based in

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this role is $55-75K annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
