E benezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $21 - $27 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Director of Staff Development, RN position will be an expert at delivering variety of training and education to ensure staff compliance and development at our large Skilled Nursing /Assisted Living Senior Care Center (Jones-Harrison) in Minneapolis, MN. This Education position will have the ability and knowledge thatassistsstaff to work at their highest level of licensure withconfidenttoprovidequality, safety and accurate techniques to residents served.

This director position includes:

• 80 hours every two weeks

• Dayshift

The Jones-Harrison community offers Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care with a beautiful view of Cedar Lake and pristine grounds. This community features 53 Assisted living, 9 memory care apartments, 120 skilled and long term care beds. Responsibilities/Job Description

• Consults within and among departments as neededand within confines of position

• Coordinates training programs for the facility

• Supports cross continuum of quality efforts through organizational development

• Maintain pertinent data around staff immunization tracking

• Participates in theSafety Committee

• Demonstrates dedication to employee engagement

• Participate in on-call rotation(s), per facility policy

Qualifications

• Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

• ANACC Certification in Gerontology

• Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
