Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking to hire a 1st shift Commercial Building Maintenance Technician. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining plumbing systems, inspecting and servicing HVAC systems, painting, drywall repair, and carpentry. They will also utilize a CMMS System (Yardi) and perform light electrical work as needed, along with other job duties as assigned.
