Our human capital, technology, marketing and other corporate support teams work with our business partners to maximize each employee. We understand the dynamic nature of the industry and work alongside our company strategies. Learn more about our firm here .Responsibilities:Spreadsheet maintenance and data reportingAssist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (ie. Accounts Payable)Work with other internal business partners to ensure that invoice payments are processed correctlyAssist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor informationPartake in weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting, preparing the agenda and meeting minutesAssist Branch Move Project Manager with keeping various move documents currentRequirements:Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical abilityDetail orientedComputer savvyExperience with MS Excel using basic functions such as pivot tables and mathematical functionsStudents majoring in Accounting or Business with an interest in Project Management are preferred.This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in Spring 2026 or December 2025 and have a GPA of 3.3 or abovePiper Sandler values a strong culture dedicated to the emotional and physical well-being of our employees.
