You'll lead impactful projects, translate stakeholder needs into actionable improvements, and enhance user experience through dynamic training and rigorous testing. Your role will streamline operations and drive innovation, making a significant impact on our platform's success.As a(n) Logistics Optimization Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of platform projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for platform enhancements. Analyze these requirements to develop actionable plans and prioritize feature developments that address user needs and improve overall platform performance.Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for platform users. Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues, offer guidance, and ensure effective use of platform features. Develop user manuals and support documentation as needed.Plan and execute UAT processes to validate new features, updates, and system changes. Coordinate with users to gather feedback, identify issues, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and user expectations before final deployment.Oversee and prioritize incoming requests related to platform functionalities, including feature requests, bug reports, and operational issues. Manage the workflow to ensure timely and effective resolution of these requests, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.Develop and maintain detailed catalogs and workflows within the platform to optimize processes. Oversee the configuration and management of assignment groups and licenses. Implement change management practices to facilitate smooth transitions during platform updates, including communication plans, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure effective adaptation to changes.Your Skills and Expertis To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology or related field or higher AND 3-5 years of job-related experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Prior experience in Logistics, Trade Compliance, and/or Distribution, demonstrating a solid understanding of the operational nuances and regulatory complexities within these domainsExperience managing and delivering projects, ideally in a logistics or platform-related environment such as ServiceNow or SalesforceExperience working with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate effectivelyExperience in optimizing processes and providing user support, including developing training programs and handling user feedback.Depending on the technical complexity of the platform, experience with systems analysis, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and change management may be requiredExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of platform features.Work location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for remote work but may require travel to closest location)Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs...Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
