To provide quality lodging by assisting the Building Services Supervisor with delegation of duties and providing quality lodging and maid service for authorized personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of:

  • Different types of floorings and floor coverings sufficient to determine proper methods of maintenance and appropriate cleaning methods, materials, agents and equipment.

  • Chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, bleaches, scouring agents and soaps sufficient to appropriately select the agent(s), handle and apply, and dispose of safely.

  • Methods, tools, and equipment used in maintenance sufficient to use effectively and operate safely and to make minor repairs.

  • Attend an annual safety training class.

Ability to:

  • Maintain physical health and endurance sufficient to perform work functions.

  • Follow directions, give constructive feedback, lead by example, develop team commitment and cooperation with subordinates, co-workers, and supervisors.

  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge.

  • Work in a time efficient manner by organizing and managing work tasks, adhering to all policies/rules

  • Deliver excellent customer service and strive for continuous improvement.

  • Follow oral and written instructions.

  • Perform assigned tasks with limited or no supervision.

  • Maintain records.

  • Adhere to health and safety standards set by employers

  • Report damage left by guests to supervisors

Must pass a criminal background check.

Requires a valid Class D Driver's License

Possess working knowledge of English, spelling, mathematics, grammar, punctuation.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of:

Warehouse functions and inventory maintenance sufficient to inspect and maintain all equipment. Local laundering of specific items and coordinating with laundry facility.

Ability to:

Identify, participate, and complete with accuracy all custodial duties and special projects. Recognize and report problems, repairs and deficiencies to the supervisor.

Physical Requirements

Maintain physical health and endurance sufficient to perform work functions, lift and carry a minimum of 25lbs and up to 40lbs occasionally.
