"Our CPG client is looking for a eCommerce Specialist to join their team.This role is:- 40 hours/week- Hybrid onsite - 2 days/ week onsite at their headquarters in the metro areaThe client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their internal digital media / eCommerce team. This is a net new role that combines budget management, sales support, and cross-team collaboration.The ideal candidate will have:- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support and/or budget + project management role, ideally within an eCommerce, media, or CPG environment- Experience with Microsoft Excel as it relates to budget management - experience with other budget management tools is a huge plus! This team uses Shopperations as their budget management tool.- Experience in the CPG industry or with product-based sales channels is a plus- Experience with financial reporting- Strong understanding of eCommerce sales operations and budget management - Able to support cross-functional teamsA Day In The Life:eCommerce Sales Support:- Perform item attribute maintenance in customer systems to ensure best-in-class content- Assist in maintenance of customer-specific item catalogs- Help with customer inquiries related to item attribution and setup- Aid in execution of promotional plans in Trade Management System.- Help with pricing execution within Trade Management System and price discrepancy resolution with the customer operations team- Support the sales team in vendor agreements and trade fund maintenance- Collaborate with the Deductions Team to ensure all deductions and audits are reviewed and addressed promptly- Conduct reporting / tracking on an ad-hoc basisBudget Management Support:- Submit requests for purchase orders (POs) and upload final SOWs, POs, and requestion numbers into their budget management platform, Shopperations, for tracking- Review invoices on a weekly basis, cross-checking with partners' trackers, and send approval to project managers - Troubleshoot any billing or PO discrepancies and escalate as needed - Log bill-to-date and invoices in Shopperations- Log any changes within budgets and submit spend change forms as needed to finance- Work closely with finance to create efficiencies in tracking coupons- Field questions from finance on budget, POs, SOWs, and routing to the right team membersIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
