Arbor Glen Senior Living is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares and be trained to pass medications to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful assisted living and memory care building in Lake Elmo, MN.
This casual caregiver schedule includes;
On-call role to help with last minute or preplanned needs
Day/evening/night shifts
Weekends as needed

Arbor Glen is located blocks from downtown Lake Elmo Minnesota, conveniently north of Hwy 94 and in between the cities of North St. Paul and Stillwater. Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
Assists with onboarding of new staff
Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
CNA certificated if under 18.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA
