Research, build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Collaborate with software/product development team to plan new features. Involve in all phases of SDLC - Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and maintenance, document the current state of the infrastructure and provide roadmap of future needs based on the business requirements. Participate in planning and scoping meetings for future projects. Work cross functionally to resolve complex customer problems. Must be able to re-prioritize tasks as the business deems appropriate. Lead a team of 3-4 software developers, mentor and guide them for developing IT application solutions. The occupation may require relocation to client sites and travel within the United States.
